RCW 70.160 - State law on smoking in public places:

Prohibits smoking in most public places and workplaces and requires that smoking occur a sufficient distance from entrances, exits, windows and air intakes to insure that smoke does not enter a protected space.

If you witness a violation of the no-smoking law in King County, please use this online form to let us know and members of the King County Tobacco Prevention Program will investigate and work with local law enforcement as necessary.
