Printing - Several plants nationwide offer a full range of commercial services
including typesetting; multi- and spot-color printing; ink jet
envelope printing; marginally punched, web printed continuous
forms; complete bindery services including saddle or side stitching,
and plastic comb, Wire-O, or perfect binding.
Distribution - With several facilities available to us, we offer complete mail and distribution services of single- and multiple-item projects going to one or many addresses using conventional shipping (U.S. Postal Service and United Parcel Service) and expedited shipping (Federal Express). Inventory management and direct vendor delivery (DVD) are available along with warehousing and ship-on-demand capabilities. Sorting and distribution of bulk literature, sorting of forms, and magazine fulfillment are other services offered.
Data Services - Data
conversion services, offered at several sites, include data entry
and encoding for computer databases, research projects, survey
compilations and mailing lists, word processing for technical
manuals, direct mail services, and data transmission via telecommunication.
We specialize in the digitizing of documents for geographic information
system/computer-aided drafting applications including mapping,
facilities management, and engineering. Other services include
scanning, optical character recognition (OCR), indexing of paper
and micro-filmed documents, editing and vectorizing of maps, drawings
for CD, and World Wide Web publishing document management systems.
