SUBJECT: Delvo P Multi Test

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has evaluated the Delvo P Multi
Test (packaged as Delvotest P 5 Pack) as provided for in Section 6,
Administrative Procedure #7, of the Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance
(PMO) and found it to be as accurate, precise and practical as the Beta
lactam methods currently specified in the PMO. Therefore, the Delvo P
Multi Test may be used interchangeably with those methods when testing
producer samples to fulfill the residue testing requirements of Section 6 of
the PMO.
