Solve a complex system of linear equations given the LU factorization of the
coefficient matrix in band storage mode.
 
Classes  :  D2c2 . Solution of systems of linear equations, including matrix
                 inverses, and LU and related factorizations (complex
                 non-Hermitian banded matrices)
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in IMSLM library.
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
