Transition to new card provider

As announced in ALCOAST 386/08 - Transition to New Government Travel Charge Card, the current GSA Smartpay contract under which all GTCCS are issued will expire on 29 Nov 2008 and all Citibank GTCCS will be permanently closed on this date. JP Morgan Chase (JPMC) has been selected as the new DHS wide GTCC provider under the new GSA Smartpay contract which is effective 30 nov 2008.
