Office of Customer Accounts and ResearchSummary The Office of Customer Accounts and Research (QC) is responsible for coordinating strategic national account teams that support agencies by providing a wide range of information about the acquisition vehicles and solutions that Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) offers. QC performs outreach activities, performs brand management, and develops customer-oriented materials. QC collects customer intelligence and shares this intelligence throughout GSA to help develop and offer customer–focused solutions. In addition, the office conducts analyses of market and customer intelligence to assist FAS in developing business specific solutions and strategic business plans. Value Proposition
