EOCT Challenges

To enhance response time for test item challenges, ESOs may email necessary information directly to the applicable subject matter specialist. The SMS contact list is available in CG Central under Learning > CG Institute > EOCT Challenges.

Please review the Question Credit Listing (avaialable in TACCTS in the NRT section) before you submit a challenge, because the questions may have already been approved by the SMS. Do not submit a challenge if the question has already been approved by the SMS.

This form is for use only by Coast Guard ESOs on behalf of Coast Guard members who have completed an EOCT and want to challenge a test question.
