ABDPACK and ABBPACK: Solve systems of linear equations with the almost block
diagonal structure arising in spline collocation at Gaussian points with
monomial spline basis functions when applied to two-point boundary-value
problems with separated boundary conditions. Also handles systems with an
almost block bi-diagonal structure. (See F. Majaess et al., ACM TOMS 18 (1992) pp.
193-210.).
