GAMS Module FASTCLUS in SAS


FASTCLUS

 
Performs a disjoint cluster analysis by minimizing the sum of squared distances
from the cluster means. User specifies the maximum number of clusters and
optionally, the minimum radius of the clusters. Designed for use with large data
sets. Options: weights, missing values.
 
Classes  :  L14a1b . Non-nested clustering algorithms
 
Type     : Stand-alone program using SAS command language.
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.

Implementation of FASTCLUS from SAS on ITL

 
ITL:       Unix Workstation Network, National Institute of Standards and
           Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, MD. Available to NIST staff.

Access available only to NIST staff on internal Unix systems. They may access this
package provided the /itl tree is cross-mounted.
