On October 23, 2002, the Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) issued to Dixie Pipeline Company (Dixie) an Order Directing Amendment. The order made a finding of inadequate procedures and ordered Dixie to amend its integrity management program. Based on the recommendation of the Director, Southern Region, OPS, it has been determined that Dixie has complied with the Order Directing Amendment. Accordingly, this case is now closed and no further enforcement action is contemplated with respect to the matters involved in the case.
