A Corrective Action Order was issued on October 24, 2001 by the Associate Administrator for Pipeline Safety in the above-referenced case.  The Order required that corrective action be taken to address a failure involving your 6 5/8-inch hazardous liquid pipeline running from Alexandria, Minnesota to Grand Forks, North Dakota.  The Director, Central Region, PHMSA has determined that all actions required by the Order have been completed.  Accordingly, this case is now closed.
