Dear Mr. Bilinski:

On October 24, 2003, the Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) issued to Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation (now Texas Eastern Transmission, L.P.) a Corrective Action Order. The order directed Texas Eastern to take corrective actions in response to a rupture that occurred on its natural gas pipeline system in Orange County, Indiana, on October 14, 2003. Based on the recommendation of the Director, Central Region, OPS, it has been determined that Texas Eastern has complied with the Corrective Action Order. Accordingly, this case is now closed and no further enforcement action is contemplated with respect to the matters involved in this case.
