Dear Mr. Pearl:
On January 30, 2004, the Office of
Pipeline Safety (OPS) issued to the Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company (TEPPCo)
a Corrective Action Order. The order required
certain corrective actions with respect to the operation of your 8-inch propane
P-41 pipeline that extends from Watkins Glen, NY to Selkirk,
NY. Based
on the recommendation of the Director, Eastern Region, OPS, it has been
determined that TEPPCo has complied with the order. Accordingly, this case is now closed and no
further enforcement action is contemplated with respect to the matters involved
in this case.
