President Bush to Recognize Fayetteville Man for Dedication to Volunteer Service |

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Jim Stitt upon arrival in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on Tuesday, June 28, 2005. Stitt is a volunteer with the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Cumberland County (RSVP). To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush has met with more than 400 individuals around the country, like Stitt, since March 2002.
