TB Clinic is operated by TB Control Program, Public Health – Seattle & King County.

TB Clinic hours


NOTICE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

The TB Clinic located at Harborview Medical Center will no longer perform routine TB skin test for school enrollment or employment purposes. This service can be provided by your private provider or Public Health Center or a Community Health Center in your area.

All other services will be by appointment only.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays
    8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • Appointments are required. Please call 206-744-4579 to schedule an appointment.

  • For patients: Download and print this form (PDF) and write in your information, then call Harborview Patient Access Center at 206-744-8845. They will register you over the phone.
    Please bring the completed form and your registration number with you when you visit the clinic.
