The AEC sponsored program, Energy Matters, which airs on GOVTV cable channel 16 is one of the AEC's greatest educational accomplishments over the last year. The series was developed as a direct result of the Council Bill that re-activated the AEC as an organized group. The language in the Ordinance mandated the AEC to establish, across the community, energy awareness and educational outreach programs aimed at energy conservation and renewable energy applications. The "Energy Matters" series hosted by Jean Arya is the AEC's first attempt at a community-wide energy awareness program.
