The Mayor's Office for the Reentry of Ex-Offenders offers a menu of support services for the Philadelphia business community. They include:

Tax Credits

Direct Hires

         Job readiness class

         Education assessment

         Mental health assessment

         Substance abuse assessment

         One-on-one case management for up to 18 months after hire date

         One-on-one mentoring/life coach for up to 18 months after hire date

         Tax credits and technical support

Customized Training

         Job readiness class

         Education assessment

         Mental health assessment

         Substance abuse assessment

         One-on-one case management for up to 18 months after hire date

         One-on-one mentoring/life coach for up to 18 months after hire date

         Tax credits and technical support

         Up to two (2) weeks of customized training based on the individual needs of the employer.

On the Job Training (OJT)

         Job readiness class

         Education assessment

         Mental health assessment

         Substance abuse assessment

         One-on-one case management for up to 18 months after hire date

         One-on-one mentoring/life coach for up to 18 months after hire date

         Tax credits and technical support

         FREE test drive!  Up to six (6) weeks of unpaid OJT in the workplace so you can evaluate performance before you hire.

 

Bonding Program

Each M.O.R.E. graduate will be eligible for a $5,000.00 bond covering the first 6 months of employment.
