Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Training Manual for Trainers (2 parts):
For professional and paraprofessional trainers who want to expand their knowledge of the possible effects of alcohol on the fetus. Trainers who use this manual will be able to develop presentations for various types of audiences (i.e. parents, teachers, social service professionals, medical and treatment providers, as well as community groups.) The 2-part manual contains modules that discuss 7 major topics related to the effects of alcohol on the fetus. Each module includes training content ideas and suggested training materials and other resources related to the theme of the module.

Food Protection Program
In Seattle and King County, there are nearly 10,000 "permitted" permanent food establishments, including restaurants, food and espresso carts, coffee shops, delis and the fresh food sections of grocery stores. Each of these establishments has owners, managers and employees who have passed a test on handling food safely and received a food worker card. |
