This program will describe the U.S. Department of
Transportation's (DOT) Pipeline Risk Management
Demonstration Program, which tests an innovative regulatory
approach to achieving superior safety performance by allowing
pipeline operators to customize safety activities. The program
will feature updates on projects DOT is considering, and will
show how safety and environmental officials, and other members of
the public, can learn about and comment on Demonstration Projects
being considered in their communities. Interested viewers can
learn where to get additional information, and may comment on any
aspect of the Demonstration Program.
