The Biennial Report Employment by Geographic Area has been discontinued as of December 31, 2002. If you would like information pertaining to these statistics please send your request to fedstats@opm.gov


This publication contains statistics on full-time, non-postal civilian employees of the Federal Government.  Data presented include distributions of employment and average salary by occupation, supervisory status, major geographic area, agency, and gender.

White-collar distributions also include occupational category, pay system category, General Schedule and related grade, and average grade.
