Biosketch:
Tracey Klein, J.D., received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Marquette University in 1984. She is currently employed as a healthcare attorney at Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren, S.C., a law firm headquartered in Milwaukee. Ms. Klein has served as general counsel to acute care hospitals, multi-provider healthcare systems, multi-specialty clinics, managed care companies, and health insurance companies for 20 years. An additional area of expertise involves counseling clients regarding the implementation of conflict of interest and corporate compliance policies. Ms. Klein's professional memberships include the American, Wisconsin, and Milwaukee Bar Associations. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Her term on the National Advisory Child Health and Human Development (NACHHD) Council expires 11/30/2008. Her areas of expertise include law, biomedical ethics, political science, IRB legal consultant, and conflict of interest policy development.
