This Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to people in Delaware, Washington D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

Information on legal rights, protection and advocacy, and discrimination based on age, disability and other factors.

Works to improve the lives of all those who are affected by serious brain disorders and to fight the stigmatism that surrounds mental illness.
