Environmental Studies Program

In FY 2008 approximately 60% of the ESP budget will be available to start new projects. The new projects being designed involve a diverse range of activities including workshops, field studies and modeling efforts. These new projects will be procured competitively, through cooperative agreements, and through interagency agreements and non-competitive awards. Projects planned for competitive award are shown below. Want more information on the competitive procurement process? For a brief project description, click on the study title.
