Important Message: ICISF Telephone Numbers Please make sure that when contacting ICISF that you use the numbers listed below, and throughout this website. Many calls are being made and faxes sent to an old telephone number that has not belonged to ICISF for many years. These misdirected telephone calls are becoming a serious disturbance to an Ellicott City family, and have noticeably increased post-September 11 and since the onset of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
