US Naval Hospital, Guam intends to enter into negotiations with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc, 6700 Koll Center Pkwy, Ste 220, Pleasanton, CA 94566 with the intent of awarding a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b). The resulting contract will perform preventive maintenance on one (1) exsting Gov't owned Model ECAM Nuclear Gamma Camera, serial number 6453. Located in the Nuclear Medicine Clinic, 2nd Flr, at the US Naval Hospital, Guam. Commencing 2008 Oct 01 to 2009 Sep 30. Award is subject to availability of FY-09 funds. Sole source determination is based on the need to meet and maintain Siemens equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's standards. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
