This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide:
Performance of six-year maintenance service for 69 150-pound Halon 1211 fire extinguishers;
Performance of hydrostatic test on 5 10-pound ABC fire extinguishers.
All Halon and ABC fire extinguishers are located at the Maintenance Group, Arizona Air National Guard Base, 162nd Fighter Wing, 1500 E Valencia Rd, Tucson, Arizona, 85706.

The fire extinguishers will be maintained in accordance with the NFPA 10 chapter 7.

The 162nd Fighter Wing, Fire Department currently has 1,820-pounds of Halon and will provide Halon 1211 if any is needed to top off the 150-pound flight line Halon extinguishers upon completion of the six-year maintenance.
