Are you looking for a new job? The Department of Commerce has the resources and the staff to help you find one. Through our new workforce services initiatives, the Department offers a wide range of services to connect job seekers like you with employers who are looking to hire new workers. Included in the system are local workforce centers, which are located throughout the state and provide "one-stop shopping" for job seekers who want to learn about training opportunities and job openings in their area.

Workforce Solutions Fund:
The Workforce Solutions Fund (WSF) allows the Kansas Department of Commerce (Commerce) to help postsecondary workforce training institutions throughout the state respond more effectively to the workforce training needs of critical industries in Kansas. Funds are strategically invested into projects designed to enhance Kansas post-secondary institutions’ training services and/or training capacity for the benefit of Kansas companies. (More...)
