Welcome to our website.  American Red Cross Howard-Tipton Chapter maintains a presence in the United Way building in downtown Kokomo.  We are pleased to be of service to our community.  Please consider how we may help you or how you may help others in the community by volunteering your time and talents.

Our Mission

The Howard-Tipton Chapter of the American Red Cross is volunteers reaching out to help, prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.  The Chapter is governed by a local board and its services are funded by voluntary donations.
