Hurricane Erin struck east central Florida on August 2, 1995. This page will be the place to see the images of Hurricane Erin as recorded with the WSR-88D radar at Melbourne. In addition to hurricane force winds and storm surge during landfall, mesoscale impacts of a back-side rainband included tornadoes and significant flooding.
