BHS v3.0 Exported Data

Area Level Exports
This exported data includes all client encounters and administrative records entered into BHS v3.0 or the BH GUI version in Patient Chart. These exports are organized by Area. Simply point-and-click on the Area you wish to view. If no reports appear for a selected Area and you have exported BHS data, please contact the OIT helpdesk and report the problem.

All Exported Data
This data includes all client encounters and administrative records entered into BHS v3.0 or the BH GUI version in Patient Chart. This file displays all exported data for all Areas combined into one report.
