GAMS Module 747 in TOMS

747

Solves the eigenvalue (or pole) assignment problem for multi-input systems
using state feedback, i.e., finds a real matrix F such that A - BF has a specified
self-conjugate set of eigenvalues, where A and B are given real matrices. Useful
for the design of stable linear systems. (See G. Miminis and H. Roth, ACM TOMS 21
(1995) pp. 299-326.).

Classes : D4 . Eigenvalues, eigenvectors of matrices
            G3 . Optimal control

Type : Fortran software in TOMS collection.
Access : Some uses prohibited. Portable.
Precision: Single or double.

Details : Fullsource
Sites : (1) NETLIB

Implementation of 747 from TOMS on NETLIB

NETLIB: Public access repository, The University of Tennessee at
           Knoxville and Bell Laboratories
