Two types of classes are offered: water exercise and water therapy. Classes run continuously so you can join anytime. Prices are $2.50 per class or you can buy a 10-class punch pass for $21 (Pay for nine and get the tenth one FREE). The punch pass expires when you use the last punch.
Water Exercise classes are offered at Los Altos, West Mesa Aquatic Center, and Valley Pools only.
