Computes Mahalanobis squared distances for group or pooled
variance-covariance matrices. It is intended for use after G03DAF.
 
Classes  :  L12 . Discriminant analysis
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAG library (G03 sublibrary).
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
Precision: Double.
 
Usage    : CALL G03DBF(EQUAL, MODE, NVAR, NG, GMEAN, LDG, GC, NOBS, M, ISX, X,
           LDX, D, LDD, WK, IFAIL)
