review of a revised information collection. RI 30-2, Annuitant's Report of Earned Income, is used annually to determine
if disability retirees under age 60 have earned income which will result in the termination of their annuity benefits.

Proposed Collection; Comment Request for Review of a Revised Information Collection: RI 92-22

a request for review of a revised information collection. RI 92-22, Annuity Supplement Earnings Report, is used
annually to obtain the amount of personal earnings from annuity supplement recipients to determine if there should
be a reduction in benefits paid to the annuitant.
