How MapMaker Works

The Map Maker allows you to locate a property by address, tax map, or intersection and construct a map from a set of map layers that may be turned on or off.  Zoom and pan controls are provided to focus on an area of interest.  A printable map can be generated using the "Print PDF" button.

The City’s GIS Data includes: 

• Alleys & ROWs: Open and Closed
• Cell Tower Locations
• Collection Routes: Sanitation, Brush and Recycling Routes
• Stormwater: Basins, Basin Discharge, WPA Channels, TNMSP Points

GIS Data provided by Hamilton County: 

• Property: Buildings, Property Lines
• Municipal Information: Post Offices, Schools, Zip Codes, Zoning, Cities;
• Transportation: Major Roads, Through Roads, Roads, Railroad Tracks, Bridges, Tunnels
• Flood Data: Floodways, 100 Year Flood, 500 Year Flood 10-ft Contours
• Water Features: Streams, Water Polygons
• Tax Map Index
• Imagery: Aerial Photograph, Hillshade
