Background
A single cost reimbursement, performance based incrementally funded contract is contemplated for a period of five years. Award of contract is anticipated by September 30, 2006.
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is soliciting proposals under a standard competition in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. The services being procured form a comprehensive health communications program, which runs the full range of communications (publishing/public affairs/knowledge transfer), dissemination, and implementation of services.
