Where are Diadromous Fish?

Diadromous fish are located throughout the entire coastal United States. Some species migrate great distances in order to spawn. For example, the Pacific salmon species can migrate over 800 miles into the Yukon Territory of Canada. This doesn't even include the migration over the North Pacific, which can total several thousand miles! Other species, such as rainbow smelt, migrate much shorter distances to spawn.
