RFA: Crop Insurance Education and Information Programs for Farmers and Ranchers in Targeted States program will emphasize crop insurance training for agricultural producers in 15 States that have been traditionally underserved by Federal crop insurance. The States that have been designated as underserved are CT, DE, MA, ME, MD, NH, NJ, NV, NY, PA, RI, UT, VT, WV, and WY. Total funding is set at $2 million in FY 2002, with a maximum of one projected funded for each of the 15 targeted States. The deadline for applications is June 3, 2002.

The following forms and information will assist you in preparing an application under Crop Insurance Education and Information Programs for Farmers and Ranchers in Targeted States Program. Instructions for each of the OMB forms are included as the last page of the document.
