Subpart A—Procedure for Issuance, Amendment, Transfer, or Renewal of a License, and Standard Design Approval

§ 2.100 Scope of subpart.

This subpart prescribes the procedure for issuance of a license; amendment of a license at the request of the licensee;
transfer and renewal of a license; and issuance of a standard design approval under subpart E of part 52 of this
chapter.
