Numerator

Children age 0–17 who ever had their height and weight measured by a doctor or other health provider.

Children age 2–17 who received advice from a doctor or other health provider about amount and kind of physical activity. Hospital admissions for pediatric gastroenteritis per 100,000 population less than age 18.
