The Adult English Language Learners Discussion List

Welcome to the National Institute for Literacy's Adult English Language Learners Discussion List, a service of the National Institute for Literacy in partnership with the Institute for the Study of Adult Literacy, Pennsylvania State University, under the LINCS Workforce Competitiveness Resource Collection. This list is moderated by Lynda Terrill, The Center for Adult English Language Acquisition (CAELA) at the Center for Applied Linguistics.

The purpose of this list is to provide a forum for the field to discuss instructional practices, program design, research, and policy for those who work with adult English language learners. Discussions include such topics as instructional practices, program design, and research.
