Overview:
Merit system principles and prohibited personnel practices drive federal human resources management decisions. This course provides a high-level overview of the federal human resources environment, terminology and the following human resources functions: hiring, employee retention, performance management and human resources relations.
Who Should Attend?
Administrative specialists, management analysts and technicians who assist in handling human resources issues. This course is not appropriate for individuals who have already completed Human Resources Management: Introduction (PMGT7001D).
