Some documents on this web site are provided in PDF format, which preserves the formatting of the original document. A PDF viewer is required to view or print documents in this format. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded from the Adobe Systems Inc. web site. People using text-to-speech systems may also wish to try Adobe Acrobat Access. Users of the X-Window System can use xpdf, another free PDF viewer. Recent versions of Ghostscript can also be used to view PDF documents.

Documents available in PDF format will also be made available in either HTML (to be viewed any your web browser) or ASCII (to be viewed in any web browser, text editor or word processor).
