As a result of Secretary's Order 42007, issued in May 2007, the authority for maintaining the Department of Labor's collective bargaining agreements file has been transferred to the Employment Standards Administration (ESA). The Bureau of Labor Statistics had been responsible for maintaining this file since 1947.
Inquiries about the collective bargaining agreements file can be directed to ESA at
U.S. Department of Labor
Office of Labor-Management Standards

The entire hard-copy file of collective bargaining agreements is now at ESA and the agreements are available from their website in PDF format at www.dol.gov/esa/olms/regs/compliance/cba/index.htm.
