Directions to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center
 
The Goddard Space Flight Center is located at 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20771. The NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Visitor Center is located off Soil Conservation Road and Explorer Drive, Greenbelt, Maryland 20771. From Washington, DC:

Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (Route 295) North to Greenbelt Road (Route 193) East. Take Greenbelt Road East for approximately two miles. The main gate is on the left at the first traffic light after Cipriano Road. Non-employees visiting on official business should pull into the parking lot, park their vehicle, and obtain a security pass from inside the Main Gate building. Visitors not on official business should not enter the Main Gate.

From Baltimore:

Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (Route 295) South to Powder Mill Road/Beltsville Agricultural Research Center. At the end of the exit ramp, take a left onto Powder Mill Road. Prior to the next stoplight, bear right onto Soil Conservation Road. Continue on Soil Conservation Road for about 4.5 miles. Bear right prior to the stoplight for Greenbelt Road (Route 193). At the next stoplight, turn right into the Main Gate. Non-employees visiting on official business should pull into the parking lot, park their vehicle, and obtain a security pass from inside the Main Gate building. Visitors not on official business should not enter the Main Gate.

Off Capital Beltway/I-495/I-95:

Take Exit 22A (B/W Parkway/Rt. 295 North) to Greenbelt Road (Route 193) East towards NASA Goddard/Glen Dale. Take Greenbelt Road East for approximately two miles. The main gate is on the left at the first traffic light after Cipriano Road. Non-employees visiting on official business should pull into the parking lot, park their vehicle, and obtain a security pass from inside the Main Gate building. Visitors not on official business should not enter the Main Gate.
