URGENT MESSAGE TO NASA GRANTEES ONLY – NASA has requested that
the Department of Health and Human Services establish an early cut-off date in the Payment Management System (PMS)
for all drawdown activity to be processed during the month of September 2008. By close of
business September 26, 2008, all NASA grant recipients should request sufficient funds from the PMS to cover all
activity that will occur through September 30, 2008. The Payment Management System will re-open NASA accounts for normal
drawdown activity on October 1, 2008.
