Flow Cytometry

The Flow Cytometry Center provides help with the design of the experiments. Due to the fact that the different instruments have different lasers and different optical filters, it is recommended that investigators contact facility personnel to determine which instrument can be used and which dyes can be used with the availability of the lasers and the optical filters before the experiment is set up.

Staff is on hand to assist in any manner, including data analysis. We provide protocols for a variety of flow cytometry assays and guidance on what combination of fluorescent dyes to use.
