September 16, 2008
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has informed agencies of recent legislative developments affecting the authorization of the SBIR Program, originally set to expire September 30, 2008. SBA has determined that P.L. 110-235 (signed into law on May 25, 2008), temporarily extends through March 20, 2009, all programs authorized under the Small Business Act and the Small Business Investment Act of 1958.
