  FriedmanSMALL Thomas L. Friedman, world-renowned author and three-time Pulitzer Prize winning journalist, will address attendees at the 2008 Congress of Cities in Orlando, FL. During the afternoon general session on Friday, November 14, Friedman will focus on the economy and implications for local leaders.
