Welcome to an introductory ethics course on "Misuse of Position." This course provides instruction on the proper use of your official time and authority and of information and resources to which you have access as a Federal employee. The provisions for "Misuse of Position" are found in Subpart G of the "Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch" (Standards of Conduct). Please contact your agency ethics official to determine whether completing this course meets ethics training requirements for your agency.
